Washington Corner, LLC procured a unique corner property at the intersection of Hanley Road and Washington Avenue within University City, Missouri.
Therefore, it was fitting to naturally name the new home as Washington Corner at University City. The pronounced statement of its architecture drew many compliments
of citizens for the manner of its setting and proportion to the neighborhood.
This two story single-family home provided over 3,750 sq. ft. of 4 bedroom and 3 ½ baths, a unique internal Atrium that greeted its guests at the
Foyer Entry and well as being oriented to the Great Room, Dining Room and Kitchen beyond. Moreover, the 2nd floor bedroom windows benefited the view below
of the landscaped Atrium.
Saint Louis Group Design/Build, Inc. was the designer and General Contractor of the entire project. Howard Glickman and Jeffrey Glickman were the developers of the
Project. Usonic Properties, LLC was a collaborative consultant.
