Glades Corner, LLC was instrumental in obtaining a vacant property within the famous Dogtown community of Saint Louis, Missouri. The project entitled Glades Corner at Dogtown consisted of four new single-family Fee Simple homes.

Each home of 2,000 sq. ft. consisted of 3 bedrooms, 2 ½ baths, 2 car garage and an optional library loft. The City of
Saint Louis Board of Alderman afforded a 10 year Tax Abatement to the Project on the merits of the development.
Saint Louis Group Design/Build, Inc. was the designer and General Contractor of the entire project.
Howard Glickman and Jeffrey Glickman were the developers of the Project.
