Nantucket Associates was instrumental in obtaining two adjacent properties within the historical Olde Towne sector of Clayton (Saint Louis) Missouri. The project entitled Central On The Park was uniquely developed abutting Taylor Park. The Prairie style architecture afforded 4 condominiums averaging over 4,000 sq. ft. per family unit, private elevators and parking for 4 + cars per unit.

Saint Louis Group Design/Build, Inc. was the Designer and General Contractor on the project. Moreover, they received a Homer Award from the Home Builders Association of Greater Saint Louis for their achievement.
