It has been the philosophy of Saint Louis Group Design/Build, Inc. to maintain a diversity of project types for its clientele. The challenges to become the "Problem Solver" is never restricted to just one project type.

We have designed varying commercial undertakings that range to Strip Center Commercial Shopping Centers, Individual Boutiques and Tenant Finishes, Medical Office, Skilled Health-Care facilities, Office Buildings, Law Offices, Doctors Offices, Office Warehouses, Restaurants/Food Service, Re-zoning/Master Planning to mention a few.

Other commercial projects we have been associated were with entertainment oriented/food/lounge environments such as the Jericho Discotheque’ in St. Louis, MO., and The Crazy Horse Saloon in Cincinnati, OH, retail store outlets of Bachrach’s Men’s Wear at Jamestown Mall and Chesterfield Mall as well as Ken Miesner accessory gift store in Plaza Frontenac Mall.
